The year is 2010. After receiving my first ever paycheck, I joined Bo Sanchez' Truly Rich Club. Why? Simply because I want to take charge of my financial life.
Like what most are dreaming, I want to be well-off and possibly retire early. Personally, I want to be able to help my mom pay off the debts to our relatives; travel and visit the countries I've always wanted to visit; give back to my Alma Mater by being a sponsor in its scholarship foundation; and pay it forward and send an underprivileged kid (or two) to school.
Joining the Financial Revolution
When I joined Bo Sanchez' Truly Rich Club, my desire to take charge of my financial life grew and I saw myself having the desire to share my experiences, learning, and blessings to other people as well. What Being a Member of the Truly Rich Club is NOT
Before I share to you the many wonderful blessings you will receive by joining the Truly Rich Club, let me share with you my thoughts on what being a member of the Truly Rich Club is NOT.
It will not give you a "get-rich-quick" system
- What the club aims is to cause a financial revolution and change into one's life. This requires changing our belief system and shifting our mindset from lack/limitation to abundance. This is a call for a change in lifestyle, spending habits, saving/investing habits, and others. Believe me, this will take time, dedication, discipline, and consistency. So if you're looking for a "get-rich-quick" system, then I'm sorry but maybe the Truly Rich Club is not for you.
It does not promote love for money
- When you join the club, you will understand how becoming truly rich and truly wealthy is not about gaining and acquiring money. Rather, becoming truly rich is realizing that the purpose of wealth is to love others and make the world a better place.
It does not promote greed and selfishness
- With the prevalence of corrupt system in our country, especially by those who have money and power, we grew up believing that "money is the root of all evil" and if you are rich, you are a corrupt and greedy person. But this is why we want to have a financial revolution. We want to have more good people becoming rich so that there will be more good and responsible stewards of God's creations and treasures in this world.
